| + | Although competitions are not necessary, students at the school are encouraged to compete in both local and out of town feiseanna (competitions) as much as possible. There are, however, students in the school who do not wish to compete, and recreational classes are offered as well! Dancing in the community and sharing our love for Irish dance is very important to us. When we're not competing, you can often find us dancing at various venues throughout the year. Dancers from the school perform at weddings, birthdays, community festivals, trade fairs, and nursing homes just to name a few! With all the preparation, performances, competitions, and travel, both the dancers and their families develop life long friendships! | ||
