There are two categories here because music that's good for dancing to isn't always the best for practice. The practice section should remain a listing of tunes/collections suited for use in practice sessions. These selections may also be just fine for dancing to in a more public setting but there are frequently more "attractive" pieces that can be used. Obviously the placement of a given work is subjective.  It's ok to post the same work in both sections if you feel that its good for kickin' it out and practicing to.

Feis the App is a subscription app with curated music and features specifically for Irish Dancers. YouTube is not as well-organized, but is free and just as accessible if you know what to search for.
