From their website [1]:

Irish dancing is a beautiful art-form which provides children with the opportunity to learn traditional jigs and reels, whether you are Irish or not! Dancers also develop friendships, grace-under-pressure, confidence, posture and stamina! Performances are held throughout the year at 'family friendly' events. Competition is available but not required.
